Offered
Coach Lisa can provide coaching
sessions on a daily or weekly basis. The needs of a client are ALWAYS
first and foremost, and arrangements made to meet that need. Especially with
"Express Coaching," the need for continued sessions is not normally required
with this style of coaching program. Fees will be discussed after the initial
consultation has taken place.

How Does Express Coaching
Work?
The Program provides:
√Option 1: 2 calls at 30 minutes
√ Option
2: 4 calls at 15 minutes
Ok, I’m running to the phone

√ Fill it out and
send back by fax or e-mail. (Make a copy for yourself)
√ Please send a
payment. (Ask me about options of payment)
√ Once form is
returned and payment is received, we can then schedule your call.
√ Your sessions are
limited, so come to the calls prepared.

Group Coaching -- Jump on the Train!
Our next group is forming
now!
If you like the concept of
supporting others while benefiting too, then this is the group for you. Can
you imagine having your own cheerleading squad? You’ll feel like every day is
the Super Bowl and you’re the one that is awarded with the Super Bowl ring.
Let Coach Lisa ask you “now that you’ve reached that goal, where you going to
go?” You will have the empowerment of yelling out your answer.
You will discover what
you’re most passionate about, and be able to take away from each session specific and measurable steps. Even better, you will have support and
accountability of Coach Lisa, but also you’ll have others in the group
supporting you with brainstorming and overall feedback.
Sessions are held for
one-hour. They can be in-person or by teleforum. Coach Lisa offers sessions
weekly or bi-monthly. You will have support of others in addition; you are
encouraged to join me for a one-on-one session to get started. If that’s not
enough, then I offer e-mail contact between sessions.
The goal at Hand N' Hand
Coaching has always been to support “anyone” that commits to coaching. With
this format you will receive extra support with others, and, best yet, at a
lower fee. How could you walk away from that offer?

Workshops

In-person Presentations
Coach Lisa loves to travel
and share the message of coaching. She enjoys being asked to speak on
reoccurring topics, but always welcomes new topics to bring to your group.
Coach Lisa has been sharing
the message for years, but enjoys even the coffee table talk. If you think
about your time commitment and know that time is short, consider calling to
just have a group in your home. Coach Lisa encourages small groups to attend
in living rooms for convenience of less driving and a relaxed environment. If
someone is making the coffee/tea, then I will be there.
Yes, she does speak to
larger groups too. Coach Lisa inspires to share about daily living skills,
educational issues, workplace issues and many others.
Please check the array of
workshops that Coach Lisa has done, and feel welcome to book her for your next support
group, school workshop, lunch bag brunch or even your conference center.
Teleclasses --
Designated times set up on a bridge line
The name gives it away.
Teleclasses are conducted in the privacy of your home or employment. Coach
Lisa offers periodic one hour sessions or even a (4-6) week program.
There are typically
multiple callers to the class and it gives a sense of “support” to many.
Coach Lisa encourages participants to share with each other and we all learn
from stories of others.
For the callers convenience,
they will be instructed once they register for class with a central bridge
line number. Typically, the cost of the call is rather low.
A real plus to this
service, you can learn and educate others without having to leave your home
or employment.

research for resources
Don’t you find a research
of a coach website more valuable one you are provided resources? Coach
Lisa is passionate about connecting with several forms of resources. She
tries to explore for clients resources that meet their needs locally,
nationally and worldwide. Coach Lisa will support a client with resources:
Books, Magazines, Websites, Memberships to Organizations/Groups, Products,
and even Alliances she has formed to meet the needs of her client. Coach
Lisa couldn’t possibly share all of the resources on her site, but know she
can support you in finding an answer.

Coach Lisa loves to meet
with local clients, if possible. She strongly practices a “hands on” approach,
and many clients have appreciated that one-on-one support. For some clients,
they need face-to-face sessions when they are embracing their visual learning
style.
Coach Lisa offers to support
clients in their homes, workplace, educational institution or even the local
coffee shop. Now, this service is offered to her local community, but it does
not mean that coaches are not valuable unless it’s local. “Quite, untrue”.
Typically, these sessions are requested with clients that are working on a
goal that requires additional support. Coach Lisa will encourage and support
you to transition into “phone” sessions after a certain number of visits.
Telephone

Locally -- Nationally -- Internationally
Typically coaching
is done by phone. Coaches are able to support clients worldwide, and
trained to be “fully present” when clients are long-distance. There are
some clients that like the convenience of not traveling somewhere. Also,
there is the anonymity in the sessions. Coach Lisa will request a picture
of the client. She finds this supports her in “connecting”, but it is not
a requirement to be coached by her. Typically, the cost of phone call is
less expensive than an in-person session.
This type of client is typically practicing an “auditory” learning style. Coach
Lisa shares that phone coaching is supportive, but she is valued and recognized
for still encouraging clients to be “accountable”.
E-Mail
--
Unlimited access to the coach.
Coach Lisa
will always encourage clients to check-in by this method. She offers
“unlimited” e-mails in all packages. Clients share that they like knowing they
can send a quick up-date and know that Coach Lisa will respond. Having this
availability gives clients that extra feeling of “security” and knowing they
can share 24/7. This form of coaching is important, but for the first month
together, Coach Lisa stipulates that the client must have face to face or
telephone contact, too. It’s important to the client-coach connection.
Instant Messaging
-- At scheduled times
This form is
becoming very popular. Coach Lisa will chat briefly by IM, but encourages
e-mails as a form of communication rather than this method. If a client has a quick
question, or stuck on a step, then by all means, Coach Lisa wants to hear from
them.
